Daniel L. Flint, PhD, JD
Daniel Flint advises small businesses and startups in the life sciences industry on a range of legal and business matters, including regulatory strategy.
Daniel also assists large businesses and nonprofits in engaging in administrative advocacy and analyzing new and emerging legislative and policy developments.

Prior to establishing his law office, Daniel was an associate in a Food & Drug practice at a mid-sized law firm.
​
During law school, Daniel worked as a consultant for a trade association on issues related to biopharmaceuticals and agricultural biotechnology. He also worked as a legal extern for the U.S. House Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (Office of Patent Legal Administration).
​
Before entering the legal profession, Daniel earned a doctoral degree in neurobiology where he received a competitive NIH Training Grant to investigate preclinical animal models of a rare neurogenetic disease. Separate from his legal practice, Daniel has over a decade of experience working as a science and technology (S&T) consultant for various stakeholders in the life sciences sector.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in Virginia.
